So What Is a Ball Embossing Stylus?

And What Are They Used For?

This awesome tool called a ball stylus is double-ended, with different sized balls on each end, making it super easy to choose the right size for your project.

You can use it for a technique called dry or relief embossing, where you use a stencil (often made of metal) to trace a design onto your card or paper. When you flip it over, the design pops up in relief - so cool!

It's also perfect for embossing metal foil, giving your project an amazing 3d look.

Plus, it's great for creating lifelike paper petals and leaves, adding that gentle 3D touch.

But my favorite way to use it is for tracing patterns onto surfaces like paper, canvas, or wood. Just place some carbon paper on top of your surface, then your pattern, secure it with tape, and use the stylus to trace the lines.

Voila! Your pattern is transferred and ready for you to paint or work on.
